NEW YORK, Aug 21 (Reuters) – A U.S. appeals court on Friday upheld a lower court’s decision to block subpoenas to New York Attorney General Letitia James’ office seeking information about cases she had pursued, dealing another setback to the Justice Department’s efforts to investigate the longtime foe of President Donald Trump.
