Shelburn Police resolve armed man’s ‘mental health crisis’

Law enforcement responded to an incident involving a man with a gun near the Shelburn Community Building on Wednesday night, and through patience, communication, and de-escalation techniques, the situation was resolved peacefully with the individual taken for medical evaluation and treatment.
