State of Illinois files lawsuit against Department of Homeland Security

The State of Illinois has filed a lawsuit against the Department of Homeland Security, alleging that Customs and Border Protection and Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents have used unlawful and dangerous tactics in Illinois, such as arrests without warrants and indiscriminate use of tear gas.
