Local skating rink set to open under new name

The Hot Wheels Skate & Event Center in Terre Haute, Indiana is set to reopen on February 27 after completing the first phase of its renovation, which includes a new carpet, updated signage, electrical upgrades, a new sound system, fresh paint, and a modernized interior.
