Terre Haute man charged after death of an infant to be sentenced March 3

Marshon Jones, 29, of Terre Haute, Indiana, was arrested in 2020 after an unresponsive infant was found, and has now been charged with aggravated battery, neglect of a dependent resulting in death, and murder, with sentencing scheduled for March 3.
